Constance Millahn, CFP^®

I am a Financial Planner at Sterling Financial Group, where I deliver a personalized approach that allows every client to feel confident in their financial future. I have had the privilege of working in the financial services industry for over 12 years. Before joining Sterling Financial Group, I worked as an accountant at Crystal Springs Resort for many years, which provided me with a strong foundation in financial management. I obtained my CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) designation in 2015, a milestone that marked a significant step in my professional journey. Before embarking on my career, I attended William Paterson College, where I laid the groundwork for my passion for finance and helping others.

What I enjoy most about my job is helping clients work towards becoming financially secure. I find it fascinating that each client's situation is different, and I am committed to developing financial plans that suit their unique needs.

On a personal note, I have a wonderful spouse, and we are proud parents of two adult children who are now off on their own, pursuing their own dreams and aspirations. In my free time, I am accompanied by my adored chocolate Labrador, who brings joy to my days. I also enjoy horseback riding, going to the gym, gardening, and spending quality time with my husband and family. These activities help me maintain a balanced and fulfilling life outside of work.
